  • Adult women, aged 18 to 80+, with type 2 diabetes
  • Women who seek greater mastery of their diabetes through a dynamic healthy lifestyle approach comprised of mind/body and fitness strategies
  • Women with diabetes who struggle with weight issues/problems
  • Women who are motivated to create positive changes in themselves and with their diabetes at a supportive and fun Vermont retreat…in the company of other like-minded and motivated women
