November 7 - November 13, 2010
At least one in 10 women have polycystic
ovary syndrome. Yet very little support exists to
help them chart a healthy lifestyle course. That’s why
Green Mountain at Fox Run and inCYST Programs have teamed
up to create this special program.
Learn how to live well with PCOS.
First, we’ll help you understand your diagnosis. Chances
are, it took you a while to get a proper diagnosis, and along
the way, you heard many different opinions and received a
lot of advice. Some of it doesn’t seem right, and not
all of it is consistent. The first step toward health is understanding
just what it means to have PCOS. Knowledge is power, and we’ll
give you basics that help you to evaluate information and
incorporate what is most likely to work for you.
*InCYST is a network of professionals dedicated
to providing evidence-based information on nutrition, activity,
and lifestyle for managing PCOS. We’ll be incorporating
their research and experience into our program designed specifically
to address the needs and concerns of women with PCOS.
