  • Try new foods and gain ideas for new, improved ways to eat at home.
  • Realize how eating rather than dieting can help you better manage your weight, and allow food to be enjoyable again
  • Develop strategies for managing emotional and binge eating

Exercise/Fitness…

  • Understand how fitness supports long-term health and diabetes management goals

Personally…

  • Meet other bright, motivated women who come to take charge of their PCOS, their health and their lives, and develop a support network that will serve you well
  • Learn from professionals how to design a lifestyle that reduces the negative influences that being hormonally out of balance can produce.
  • Discover that what you do to care for yourself in general also supports a healthy lifestyle
  • Experience how healthy living, eating, fitness and mind/body balance can create feelings of improved well-being and confidence
  • Get a jump start on improved sleep
