What You Need to Know

• We’re all-inclusive. Rates include: Accommodations, meals, workshops, activities, speakers, fitness assessments, program materials, taxes and gratuities. All guest rooms have private bathrooms and include daily housekeeping. Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided to all guests.

• Come solo and make new friends. The vast majority of women come to our program by themselves and are happy to be matched with a compatible roommate.

• Programs kick off every Sunday. Registration starts at 2 pm, dinner at 6 pm, orientation and tour at 7 pm. The week's program concludes on Saturday after lunch at 1 pm.  Those staying on typically take this opportunity to see Vermont.

• Simple directions and travel information make getting here easy. Directions on how to reach us may be found on our Travel Page or simply call our office (800.448.8106) and speak to Guest Services for assistance. For a fee, Green Mountain Shuttle service will transport you to and from most airports, train and bus stations and rental car pick-up locations. • We personalize your program by getting to know you. An information packet will be sent via email or regular post within one business day of your reservation. The packet includes your food preferences, necessary forms and a list of recommended items to bring along on your trip.

• Exceptional participant to staff ratio. To ensure the highest degree of personal attention, enrollment is limited to 45 women.

Feeling Good Amenities
A la carte services for massage therapy (Swedish, Sports, Acupressure and Deep Muscle), Reiki, Reflexology and other services are available week nights and some weekends at additional cost.

Special Needs
Women with Type II diabetes, hypertension, orthopedic restrictions and/or other special dietary or exercise/fitness needs can be accommodated. Your program will be modified by our professional team of specialists and if need be, by our consulting physician. Persons referred by their personal physician who require monitoring of medical values during their stay will be handled by our consulting physician or professional staff.

On-on-One
Private intensive consultations with our behavioral staff, registered dietitians, or fitness specialists for personal trainings are available at additional costs. Please contact our office for more details or to set up an appointment.

Trip Insurance
We recommend that you consider purchasing trip insurance through Travel Guard, to deal with those unforeseen circumstances that arise, including trip cancellation, interruption and delay, as well as medical coverage, lost baggage and more.
