I participated in the program for two weeks in 1999 and my
outcome has been superb! There have been remarkable changes
in my eating and exercise patterns and the evidence is present
in my weight loss and activity level.

Mountain and was taking 5 pills a day - the maximum - and
I still did not have glucose control. After four weeks at
