Losing weight for the last time is about much more than calories,
fat grams or carbs. Green Mountain’s
schedule of diet and fitness workshops/activities and healthy
eating experiences reflects a guided journey, based on our
35 years experience, of what works in the real world.
You get the practice, experience
and education that gives you what you need
to be successful when you go home, in an environment that
is women-only, supportive and fun!
